What can I return?
You may return any new items sold by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does do replacements or exchanges?
Since all products are unique we can only replace or exchange the item ordered with anything available in stock in our online store, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Returning Purchases

If you need to return a jewelry order you placed with, just mail it back within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. Keep the following guidelines in mind:

Jewelry items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
Items valued more than $100 must also be insured.
Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any items missing their original documentation.
